Bobby made a valiant effort and he was a really good guy and we supported him, sometimes even financially when he needed it. We were a big cheerleader of his and he just had a hard time making a go of it. Part of it is when the town heads into the winter time, business just dries up.

What we'd like to ask you to at least consider is a public-private partnership where LANCO puts up the capital to run it $100,000 to $150,000 in the short run. We'd use our manpower to manage and operate the facility and the Port would give us the land in the short run.
