win
I can't look at the other goalie, I just got to win the game.
against bat coming denver felt good picture weekend wins year
Coming in, you've got to picture yourself as the No. 1 guy. I think the first weekend of the year I had a good weekend, then we got two big wins against Denver and right off the bat I felt like I belonged.
great
I think we're going to have another great team.
blue guys line protect puck trouble
We had trouble recognizing some situations. The puck would be at the blue line and we wouldn't have enough guys back to protect the net.
good guy lucky played second third
I think I played all right. They got a lucky first one and the second one just got by me and the guy on the third one just made a good shot.
current depends earth future maintain quality
We want to maintain the quality of the earth for our current future generations, and it depends on it.
great surprised
He kind of surprised me. I probably should have come out a little more, but he made a great shot.
This was a disappointing loss. We didn't have any luck.
anyone extremely forward
Every forward is the same. There is really not anyone who does anything extremely different from everyone else.
mind turn wish
I wish I could have that one back. But you have to put it out of your mind and turn the page.
goal nice
It would have been nice to get a shutout, but I would take one goal (allowed) every game.
game goal nice
It would have been nice to get a shutout, but I would take one goal a game every game.
college easter florida frozen hockey huge kid maine ncaa playing remember tournament watched watching weekend
It was a huge factor. Maine is always in the NCAA Tournament. I remember going to Florida for Easter weekend when I was a kid and didn't know what college hockey was all about. I watched Maine play in a Frozen Four. Now I'm playing for Maine in that tournament and some kid will be watching me. That's pretty exciting.
everybody knows practices seems
Practices have been good; they've been real high-tempo. Everybody seems to be serious. Everybody knows what's at stake.
