As hard as Leon was working, I thought he had opportunities to go after the rim a few times, and we came away with no basket and a foul. In my opinion, there were some questionable judgments in those situations.
credit defender deserves easier good impact improved understanding
Leon deserves a lot of the credit for the impact he's made. He makes a lot of things easier for a lot of guys. He's also been a really good defender for us this year. he's really improved his understanding of the game.

It's a different game for us if we knock those down. That really takes the air out of you.

It's a great accomplishment. That shows how tough this conference is. For any team in a tough conference, when you can go and nail down a win on the road in your opener, that's a statement. I don't care where you are or who you're playing.

I didn't know that. But if anybody can do it, Leon is certainly capable. He takes pride in rebounding.

I don't see anybody stepping up as the dominant team, but I see no team showing any particular weakness. There will be a lot of teams scrambling at the end for the championship.
