cometh dyed garments glorious greatness mighty speak travelling
Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save.
hold plead shall
Who is he that will plead with me? for now, if I hold my tongue, I shall give up the ghost.
among conversation good knowledge man wise works
Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.
cry ears poverty-and-the-poor shall whoever
Whoever shuts his ears at the cry of the poor, they also shall cry themselves, but not be heard.
exalt himself pride shall whoever
Whoever shall exalt himself shall be abased, and he that humbles himself shall be exalted.
depart evil rewards whoever
Whoever rewards evil for good, evil will not depart from their house.
calamities glad insults poor poverty-and-the-poor shall
Who ever mocks the poor insults his maker; and he that is glad at calamities shall not go unpunished.
knowledge shall stability wisdom
Wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of your times.
according judgment shall unto whether
Whether he have gored a son, or have gored a daughter, according to this judgment shall it be done unto him.
anger evil fierce god perish saw turn turned unto
Who can tell if God will turn and repent, and turn away from his fierce anger, that we perish not? / And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.
above far price virtuous women
Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.
character endurance hope produces suffering
Suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope (Romans 5:3-4).
dwell fear glory salvation surely
Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land.
bed commune heart sin stand
Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah.
