character endurance hope produces suffering
Suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope (Romans 5:3-4).
almighty call cometh cry delight god hand hath hear himself hope teach though trouble
For what is the hope of the hypocrite, though he hath gained, when God taketh away his soul? / Will God hear his cry when trouble cometh upon him? / Will he delight himself in the Almighty? will he always call upon God? / I will teach you by the hand of God: that which is with the Almighty will I not conceal.

For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.

To have faith is to be sure of the things we hope for, to be certain of the things we cannot see. It was by their faith that people of ancient times won God's approval. (Hebrews 11:1-2)

Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1)

And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end: / That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.

But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it (Romans 8:25).

fool fools-and-foolishness hath man understanding
It is as sport to a fool to do mischief: but a man of understanding hath wisdom.
