Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? / And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
cometh dyed garments glorious greatness mighty speak travelling
Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save.
deliver flight foot force horse mighty neither perish shall stand strengthen strong swift therefore
Therefore the flight shall perish from the swift, and the strong shall not strengthen his force, neither shall the mighty deliver himself: / Neither shall he stand that handleth the bow; and he that is swift of foot shall not deliver himself: neither shall he that rideth the horse deliver himself.

Therefore I thought it necessary to exhort the brethren, that they would go before unto you, and make up beforehand your bounty, whereof ye had notice before, that the same might be ready, as a matter of bounty, and not as of covetousness.

Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? / For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.

For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: / That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

We therefore ought to receive such, that we might be fellowhelpers to the truth.
committed god gospel might offence preached robbed taking wages
Have I committed an offence in abasing myself that ye might be exalted, because I have preached to you the gospel of God freely? / I robbed other churches, taking wages of them, to do you service.

Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world: / But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, / To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.

And they have cast lots for my people; and have given a boy for an harlot, and sold a girl for wine, that they might drink.

And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

And when Hezekiah saw that Sennacherib was come, and that he was purposed to fight against Jerusalem, / He took counsel with his princes and his mighty men to stop the waters of the fountains which were without the city: and they did help him.
accuse asked departed hand heal lawful man might sabbath
And when he was departed thence, he went into their synagogue: / And, behold, there was a man which had his hand withered. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath days? that they might accuse him.
exact fear god good heathen leave might money ought pray reproach walk
Also I said, It is not good that ye do: ought ye not to walk in the fear of our God because of the reproach of the heathen our enemies? / I likewise, and my brethren, and my servants, might exact of them money and corn: I pray you, let us leave off this usury.
