We're actually proposing some (apartment) flats above the stores in the town center. We've really tried to appeal to a large sector of the market.

To have a guy like Terry with his background maybe to open some doors with his background, that's going to bring better players. And that's just going to bring more fans.

We feel like he had the leadership skills. He's been very loyal to the program and involved in the youth football program.
