I think the publicly traded companies will be very careful making acquisitions in the future and concentrate on operations versus being the largest. Currently, asking prices are too high relative to what publicly-traded companies are willing to pay.

They still have less-than-stellar top-line growth, and expenses have been growing. So one thing I see coming out of this is savings just on the cost side of $60 million to $70 million, primarily from eliminating duplication.
