In Cowher's 15 seasons as head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers, the team won eight division titles and made 10 playoff appearances. Cowher led the Steelers to the Super Bowl twice, winning one. You can sit there and project. But the problem thing you can't project is people jumping up when they see a player they want and they jump right in front of you. That's why sometimes you do trade, because of wanting to get a player before somebody else can.

People can look at our run-to-pass ratio, ... but I will say this: Watch us in the first half (this season) because we're still a balanced football team. I love being around people that love to do that and Joey does it in his own way and without a doubt, Joey is the emotional leader for our team.
