Of course, we don't know exactly all the facts and circumstances. But apparently, there had been a disagreement. We weren't there. We don't what all went on. But we know how it culminated. We know how it ended. It was tragic and horrible.

Thirty states are already allowing some form of baiting, including Arkansas. I'm not ready to say that I'm a huge proponent of it, and I'm not sure anyone on the Commission is ready to bring the matter up for a vote. But some people have made some interesting arguments in favor of hunting deer over bait.
