There's only a couple of guys doing what I'm doing, so (we) take pride in what we're doing. There's a lot of guys getting groomed to be that type of player in the minors now, so there's definitely going to be a position on every team for a guy like us.

It teaches them discipline and physical training. It can be very competitive, but I'm not having them in it for the competitive side.
