Corey came to the state tournament to play. He's playing his best basketball of his career. He's shooting well, but he's defending and rebounding well, too.
halftime hurt mindset momentum playing sudden turn
They got momentum right away and I really thought our mindset hurt us. We were all of sudden playing not to lose. At halftime we said we need to turn that around and try to be the aggressor.

The key to the game was the first four minutes of the third quarter.

They were able to go on a stretch there where they made three 3s in a row. (A three came from) one kid off the bench who has made one three all year, and then their post player made a three, who's made two all year.

We got some points off turnovers finally and got the momentum back on our side. We just started making plays and I'd attribute that all to our mindset.
