Cigarette odors can be an enormous barrier to guest satisfaction. A lot of times, especially during our busier season, a non-smoker will end up in a smoking room because that's all that's left. It's up to us to clean the room as much as possible to ensure the guest has a pleasant stay.

I'm really proud of the kids. We played really good defense. The kids battled hard in every game this season. I'm excited about next season's potential.
