I definitely think he is, ... Athletes have to have a certain amount of pride to compete at the level they compete at. Randy is a very prideful athlete.

The lack of experience I think can be overrated, ... Speaking specifically of Girardi, this is a guy that caught and played for a variety of managers at the major league level and sat at the right hand of Joe Torre.
