community keeping means nice people recognize says state ton volunteers
I think it's nice for the volunteers of this area, that recognition means something to all the people who give, and there's a ton of them. It's just a little something that says they recognize this little, out-of-the-way community in the state of Pennsylvania. We're keeping the agriculture alive.
bid bids drawings finished high job march next office received school week
The high school drawings are being finished up in our office as we speak. The high school job will be out to bid by next week and bids will be received by March 10.
board happy reject
We weren't happy with that so our recommendation to the board was to reject those bids.
afford environment
We are in an environment where we can't afford everything, but there are some choices.

When you think about it, these budgets were formulated a year in a half ago and we're living with them almost 18 months later.
