We're getting crushed. We're calling in extra operators, asking the morning shift to stay overtime, doing everything we can. It's a capacity issue.

As our Downtown loops go, that is probably the busiest one. It would be a challenge, but certainly we would work with the mayor on this and see what we could do. It can be done.

We've had hundreds of people waiting at stations but we just don't have enough room. We're doing everything we can ... but the numbers are just quite heavy.

We respectfully disagree with the court's decision. We do not feel we ever intentionally discriminated against this individual. Wheelchair lifts -- even the kinds on low-floor buses -- they are mechanical devices, and they do sometimes fail.
