court game passes philosophy teammates
The philosophy of the game, they way we play here in Phoenix, it's really unselfish. A lot of passes, a lot of shots, a lot of up and down. The game is faster, too. When I'm on the court I'm able to read better and make passes to my teammates because I know where they're going to be.
rest steve team tired win
We still want to win and see which team we've got to play (in the post-season). We got a little tired because we didn't play with Steve and Raja, and they usually play a lot. Sometimes we get to rest up because Steve is doing all the work.
team unselfish
Right now we're the most unselfish team in the league. We have to keep doing that, it's our identity.
ball teammates
I just give the ball to my teammates and they make it. It's that simple.
confidence easier enjoying everyday future good life longest team
The longest future we see is the playoffs. I feel good with the team, the organization and the city. I'm enjoying myself. The confidence was always in there, but the everyday life is easier when you play and get confidence from yourself, team and coaches.
came found goal happy help individual principal team
I always say it's a team sport, not an individual sport. You try to get better, not only for yourself, but the principal goal is to get better to be able to help your team. I'm really happy because that's what I found when I came here.
against arena city coming definitely enjoy game good guys needed team win
I enjoy coming back to the city and back to the arena and play against the guys I know. I definitely wanted to win this game because we needed the win. I just wanted to play a good game and give my team what they needed to win.
bunch fitting plays pride system
My pride is my creativity, to be able to make plays for my teammates. That's why I've been fitting pretty well in this system because that's what we try to do. We've got a bunch of shooters, and I just try to set them up.
small
We're small. That hasn't changed. We've been small all year.
changed versatile
I don't think I changed a lot. I still play the same way, kind of a versatile player. I got better for sure, I get better every year, but I don't think I changed as a player.
guys nice tried trying
When I was trying to adapt, he was one of the guys who tried to make me feel comfortable and was really nice to me.
everybody gets player screens shoot trying work
Everybody's unselfish. We don't have just one player that we try to get the shots. Everybody screens for everybody, and everybody is trying to work for everybody and that way everybody gets to shoot the ball.
course everybody game lose nobody playoffs tight trying wants
Of course there is more intensity. And the refs get a little tight too. It is the playoffs and nobody wants to lose a game and everybody is out there trying to win.
award basketball happy improving parts scares stop versatile work
I've been improving in a lot of different areas. That's why I'm happy to get this award right now because the only thing that scares me in basketball is to stop improving, stop getting better. I always want to get better. Because I'm a versatile player, I have to work on all parts of my game.
