I think it's a willingness to work. I think our work ethic is not very good in the third. And you can see that in the games. But it might also be a learning experience with the younger guys. As veterans, we need to pass on that knowledge.

I think you've got to turn the cheek when you get punched in the head, and hopefully officials can control that. This is where you have to be very disciplined and swallow your pride.
