We're going to make sure that he knows we're here for him, and that he can still come around even though he's hurt. We don't want him to ever feel that just because he's not here every day, we forgot about him.

Early (in your career), it's natural you take it for granted. Oh, this is my first year, my second year, third, fourth. Then you start getting around eight and nine and you start looking at other rosters and there are not too many people that have nine and 10s after their name in experience.
