A Monday night game does give you a different vibe.
agree business goes guys leave might realize side time understand
You understand that there is a business side of things. You might not like the way it goes all the time or you may not agree with the way that it is handled, but there is a business side of things and when you see guys leave every year, you realize that it is a part of it.
close deal facts game last nowhere season
All you can do is deal with what the facts are right now. The facts are that this is the last game of the season. The facts are that there were a lot of injuries. The facts are that this is nowhere close to the season that we wanted to have.
andy dedication hard takes tribute
I think that's a tribute to Andy and the veterans. We know what it takes to get back. It takes hard work. It takes dedication to what we're doing.
bing costello watched
I watched Bing Crosby and Abbott and Costello yesterday. Two old classics.
everybody goes none situation stays stuff talking
If you give me everybody we had, everybody stays healthy, none of the stuff goes on, we're talking about a different situation right now.
ask determined downright force man reckoned
If you ask any man on this defense, they'll tell you we're downright scary. They'll tell you we're more experienced, more seasoned and more determined than ever before. That we'll be a force to be reckoned with.
best bit both circumstance count everybody felt guy regardless side sides situation
It still stings a little bit regardless of the circumstances of him not being here. You still would like to have that guy on your side because you can count on him. From all reports, everybody in the organization and on both sides of the situation felt that this was the best thing to do. So they did it and you have to live and keep on playing.
guys surprise
It was as big of a surprise to you guys as it was for us that it went down like that.
definitely maybe somewhere
It's definitely something I could see changing. Maybe we'll do our bumping somewhere else.
striving whatever
It's simple, ... I'm always striving to do more. Whatever I accomplish, it's not enough. I don't get satisfied. That's not my nature.
ask brian ear fun hang john loud others pass people phone time yes
Some of them would just hang up. They'd be like, 'Is this Brian Dawkins?' I'd say yes and they would hang up. Others would be loud and I would have to take the phone away from my ear and they'd donate. A lot of time they would ask for different people - 'Could you pass the phone to John Elway?' It was a fun atmosphere.
With the additions we've made and the maturation of Donovan, we should be better,
against consistent game gave instead letting mental mistakes plays point pressure step teams trying
There were a lot of things. We were not able to get that consistent pressure that we wanted to get; teams have been doing different things against us and we have not made plays either. We have made mental mistakes and I think it got to a point where we were trying to do things instead of letting the game come to us. We were trying to step up and make a play and then we gave up a play.
