That's a lot better than we have been. Cole was real impressive. We also have to give credit to Clayton, Josh, Taylor and Aaron. We kept telling them to close the gap between them and the runner ahead and they did a great job.

Fifth was the best we could do without Taylor and Aaron. It was hard for us to recover from that.
effort finished good legs
Our effort was pretty good in humid conditions, which makes the legs a little dead. So our times weren't necessarily where we wanted them to be at, but at the same time, we competed and finished hard.
