Brian VanGorderan American football coach and former player. He is the current defensive coordinator at the University of Notre Dame. experience guys job mistakes putting
We?re making a lot of the same mistakes which is kind of disappointing. Offensively we have some guys who can make big plays. We are getting better in compartments but need to do a better job putting everything together. That comes with experience and better communication.
