center matter soon start worrying wrong
It doesn't matter to me. As soon as I start worrying about who my center is, I'm worrying about the wrong thing.
bowl care cotton everybody fact forget great headed heard nine people program shows since start wins
That's all we heard since the Auburn game. Everybody wanted to forget about our nine wins to start the season. I don't care what people say about me, but the fact we're going out with the Cotton Bowl championship and a 10-2 record, that shows we've got this program headed in the right direction. That's a great way to go.
eat people start yelling
You'd go out to eat somewhere, and people would start yelling the 'Roll Tide' chant.
blame credit far good practice seemed starts worst
It seemed like we'd get something going, then we'd stall out. If you're going to be a good offense, you can't do that. You have to give a lot of credit to our defense, but that's by far the worst practice we've had. It starts with me, so I'll take the blame for it.
game last lives rest won
Just to say we went out 10-2, won our last game and got it going back in the right direction, will make the rest of our lives a lot easier.
bad ball extremely good
J.P. made that one bad decision, but other than that I think he had an extremely good day. He got the ball down when he had to, and he's going to be fine.
matter onto
You can do anything you want to do at practice, but it's going to be a matter of translating it onto the field.
fought tech texas tough
That was a tough Texas Tech team. They fought and fought and fought.
hit late
To be able to do what they did, no sacks -- I got hit once and that was a late hit -- was amazing.
business games handle three tough worry
We've got three tough games left, and then if we handle our business in those three games, we've still got the SEC championship game. We've just got to worry about Mississippi State. They don't have anything to lose. This is their big game.
against best face four front great might played saying tougher week
We've been saying all week they've got a great defense. If we're going to face a tougher one, we might not want to face them. Their front four was awesome. It's the best front I've played against in college.
amazing deal dealt fact far football move practicing ready state unknowns
With them having to move and practicing in a different state and having to deal with everything they've dealt with, it's amazing they can even get ready for a football game. It's going to be impressive, the fact they can move away as far as they did, with all the distractions, all the unknowns a lot of them have.
finding matter points
We've got to put points on the board, because they're going to score. It's going to be a matter of us finding a way to get in the end zone.
deal good job offense
If we could get into the end zone, if we can do it one time, things could escalate. I don't know what the deal is. We are not doing a good job on offense and that's my fault.
