I expect to see the same guy I did last year. I hope they'll limit him to 30 or 40 games. That first at-bat off Adam Eaton last year was very impressive. The guy hadn't played all year and Eaton was throwing 93-94 and he doubled off the wall. That bat speed is always there.

He was throwing well and we had no information that anything was bothering him. I don't think he was smart about it. I think he should have said something.

He has great instincts and feel for the game. He positions himself so well when the pitch is coming and has great reactions. And he throws as accurately as any third baseman I've seen.
