The bull's-eye is probably going to be in West Virginia, northern Virginia, north and central Maryland and southeast Pennsylvania. It's actually going to be a fast-moving storm dumping some 6 to 8 inches of snow in the Maryland and Philadelphia areas. There could be a couple of places in West Virginia that get 10 inches.
