Hector Steven Garcia, known as H. S. "Buddy" Garcia, is a former interim member of the Texas Railroad Commission, the elected body which regulates the oil and natural gas industries in Texas. The main goal every week is to get better from the previous week. Everything went smooth. The line did a beautiful job. I give a lot of credit to the line again. The line just had a beautiful surge. They gave me the holes. All I had to do was run straight.
