We are hopeful that the judge will see the merits of our argument.

The secretary of state was presented with a sufficient number of signatures based on the judgment of county boards of election. Based on that number and our interpretation of Ohio law, that completes the certification procedure, and we must forward the petitions to the General Assembly for consideration.
