That was a major part of it. The hurricane gave me more time in practice, gave me time to get better. The key was when I left receiver and started focusing mainly at quarterback. I started picking things up real well.

Going into the Big East was all they stressed to me while I was being recruited, that and the bowl games. I knew I wanted to be part of something new.
