biggest calm coming fact focus game growing helped high learned looking lost might situation step straight taught three work
I pretty much learned that I had to be patient. Coming in, I had high expectations. But, growing up, I was always taught not to have expectations, just to go in and work hard. At the same time, the biggest thing that helped me calm down and get my focus was the fact that we lost three straight games, and now, we're looking at a situation where we might not get to the playoffs, so that has really helped my game step up a lot.
coach definitely knows seized talks time
I don't really think he knows what he's doing right now. He's a hardworking guy, you could see that in the offseason. Coach Cowher always talks about when your time comes to be ready, and that guy, he definitely seized his opportunity.
field love thinking
I love to make plays. That's why I'm here, ... When I'm out on the field, I'm thinking that I'm going to make every play.
ben catch confidence definitely hold ourselves saying start touch tough
I definitely have to get better and start making tough catches for Ben to give him confidence in us. The old saying goes, if you touch the ball, you have to catch the ball. We have to hold ourselves accountable to catch those footballs. We got to make tough catches.
knows
I don't think he really knows what he's doing right now,
addition depth great guy position ready seems smart super sure talk tough
It's tough to learn, but Quincy seems to be a pretty smart guy and I am sure he will be ready to play. Quincy is a great addition to this team. When you talk about us going to the Super Bowl, you have to have depth with every position on the field.
best game
This is just a stepping-stone for us. We have one more game and we have to make the best of it.
ball ben complain defense difficult establish fantastic game great job line managing offensive parker spreading willie won
It's difficult but we were able to establish the run. Our offensive line and Willie Parker did a fantastic job of managing the game and Ben did a great job of spreading the ball around. And the defense did a great job of getting us the ball back. We won 34-7 so there's really nothing to complain about.
best nobody replace work
Nobody can replace those guys. We can only just work with what we've got and do the best we can with what we've got.
You shouldn't be surprised, ... With Ben, a play is never over.
