It feels much better. I'm trying to work through some things and it's just a work in progress. It's a matter of time. You can't be frustrated. You have to keep working and feel comfortable with making the right reads and eventually the throws will come and you'll get all the kinks worked out.

I told him I was proud of him for all the work he's put in. After all the criticism he's been through, to do what he did this year is remarkable. When your organization drafts someone to replace you and you end up being the leader of a division champion, that's just inspirational.
