Christopher T. Aultis a former American football player, coach, and college athletics administrator. He served three stints at the head football coach at the University of Nevada, Reno, leading the Nevada Wolf Pack to a record of 233–109–1 over 28 seasons and guiding the program from the NCAA's Division II to Division I-AA in 1978 and then to Division I-A in 1992. The biggest thing I want these guys to understand is that last year is done and gone and it's history. That is the critical factor. There is no sneaking up on people now. We gained some respect, but now we have to continue to earn respect. You can't command it.

Jeff has paid his dues to the company. I expect him to be good, I mean real good. He can be a guy who can do it all, there is no doubt in my mind. The Jeff Rowe I am expecting this season is going to be a difference-maker. He has to take command of this thing. If things aren't going right, he doesn't have to fix everything, he just has to put us in position to make things go right.

Andy had a nice spring - and not only on special teams. He will play next year. He's a tough kid. He'll get better and he'll have a home in the extra receiver spot. He will contribute there.

I thought Caleb played pretty well, and Jeff was solid. They did a nice job with it. I think that combination continues to get better and will do nothing but help us down the road.
