It exemplifies a little bit of our season. There's no quit no matter what's left on the clock or what the situation is.
I think the important thing is we've just got to grow as a team. You can't just learn and grow together with wins, you also have to do it with losses.
It's probably a good thing to fly under the radar a little bit. Like any other poll or prediction, you want to be on top at the end, not the beginning.
I think it starts with goaltending. They've been giving us great games and we have a lot of confidence to play our game and do the things we need to do offensively.
The rebound was there, and I just kind of tried to whack it and it found a hole and crossed the line.
We wanted to go out with a bang. We wanted to give our fans something to remember before we went away. I was pretty proud of our team.
We're unflappable on the road. We seem to be fearless right now.
We've proven to ourselves in here (how good they can be)and ultimately that is the important thing.
We got some bounces that went our way. It was a pretty ugly game.
When I see a 240-pound guy diving around like a squirt after taking one of our guys' knees out? I don't feel too good. I kind of feel embarrassed for him, actually.
Those were some tough losses. Responding to them was a pretty big step for our team confidence-wise.
We were down, 2-0, on the road, but we still seem to find a way. It's been amazing.
We definitely had the bounces going our way.
This was a good game on our part in the desperate part of the game.
