Basically we have to swim like the prelims are your last swim in order to get into the finals. I'm ready.

I think we're set up well for (today) as far as the relay goes.

I think we're a lot better prepared for state.
seventh spot surprised third
The prelims went really well for me. I was kind of surprised at how well everything went. I was seeded seventh in the 50 free, which is just one spot out of the finals. Actually now I'm seeded third for the finals, which is good. I was seeded 11th in the 100 and now I'm fifth.
