I wanted to keep the golf dome open because of the demand from the public for a place to golf in the winter. And we were profitable in the first month (December). But we just don't have enough employees to run another entity.

The point we're at now is we're not taking any options off the table, but I can tell you one thing: We're not moving the school. I think there's always room for discussion, and we definitely want to cooperate as much as possible.

It was like nothing I have ever experienced. I'll admit that. I didn't expect that at all and it's a great feeling.
