felt glad stay tense
It's just a little strain. I felt it tense up. I wanted to stay in, but I'm glad I didn't keep going.
along bumps couple good last matter months physically ready winter year
I'm ready to go. Last year I had a couple of bumps and bruises along the way but those winter months were good to me. No matter who you are, if you play in that many games, you're going to have some things that aren't physically right with you and I'm not bionic.

confident excited
I look at it that I'm excited to be a part of the team. They haven't told me it's my job, but I'm very confident in myself.
bad home run seems time trying
I was trying to get it down a little bit. I just let it out there. What can you say-- it was a bad pitch. It seems like every time I give up a home run it's a big one.
balls box ground nobody runs second secure third three trade
Second and third with nobody out and a three-run lead, you want to trade some outs for some runs there. I was able to get three ground balls and get out of it and secure the win. It doesn't look pretty in the box score, but I think I did my job.
feels hopefully tomorrow
It feels better now. Hopefully by tomorrow I'll be able to get out there again.
cap fun looking stayed strong tip
It was a change-up down and in, where I wanted it. I don't know if he was looking for it. You've got to tip your cap to him. That's not fun to do. He stayed back and just flicked his wrist. Strong guy.

Every day's a battle. There's a lot of mental games going on as far as confidence.
happen needed road row seems sooner three win
It needed to happen sooner or later, and it was important for us to win three in a row now and take it on the road. It seems like we've been on the road all year, but we have to play better on the road.
months
We've got two more months and we've got to keep winning.
few healthy injuries piece stay together victories
We just need to stay in there, piece together a few victories here and get back to .500. If we can just withstand all these injuries we've had and get through all these long trips, we're going to get healthy at the right time.
