Charles Richard Allenis a former American collegiate and Professional Football player. He was a linebacker who played for the American Football League's San Diego Chargers, and the National Football League's Pittsburgh Steelers, and Philadelphia Eagles. He played in four AFL Championship games, and was a member of the Chargers' 1963 AFL Championship team.
