Charles Franklin "Chuck" Long, Jr.is an American football coach. He played quarterback in college at Iowa for Hayden Fry and professionally with the Detroit Lions and the Los Angeles Rams. alignment ball both care created execution few good improvement last looking overall penalties plus sides
I thought overall the execution was good on both sides of the football. I was looking for a few things. I was looking for an improvement on penalties over last week, which we did, and better alignment on assignment, which we did. We still need to take care of the ball better, but defensively we created some turnovers, which was plus for them.
training week
I would look at this week for us as like a training camp. We're back in camp.

I haven't thought about any of that. It's so sudden, ... I would listen to different things and different opportunities, of course. That's an excellent opportunity for somebody, but right now I haven't thought about that.

We want to tailor our offense to our personnel. We have good running backs, and we want to feature those guys, as you saw today. I thought those guys stood out. The running backs did a nice job.
