I think those averages can be deceiving. Some of our principals are young.

I think we've tried to be competitive but start our people at the bottom with the expectation if they do a good job, they will get raises over the years.

There's so much pressure; the penalties are so great.
costs line meets needs
I like it. If we can get the costs in line and it can be done so it meets the needs of our students, I'm not opposed.

I think the board as a whole is pleased with the superintendent.
correct program wilson worse
I think Dr. Wilson is correct in being cautious. I think the worse thing in a program is inconsistency.

He had been with Wood-land Hills a long time.
good result
I think the end result is a good one, even thought it was a lot of work.
business goal good impossible
Our first goal is to get a good business manager. It's impossible to say how much that person would make.
hired somebody
We have hired some young people. If you hire somebody without experience, it's going to be lower.
