Dale Layeris an American basketball coach. His most recent coaching position was as the head coach of the Liberty Flames men's basketball team, a NCAA Division 1 college basketball team that competes in the Big South Conference. I think every experience in the Pepsi Center is a good thing. How much it helps, I don't know. But I think there's certainly an adjustment we will have made that maybe they won't.
