It's embarrassing. You try to forget a game like this.
I think the guys know how important it is, but we do have a lot of young guys and I wanted them to know, 'Let's go,'
Drew has always said he loves that guy. You can tell there's something special between the two. There are throws Drew makes because he trusts Terry, and routes that Terry runs because he trusts Drew.
Our defense played amazing. They played their hearts out. That's why this is a team game. The defense really bailed us out today.
It was absolutely unbelievable, ... A shot like that, you try them a lot and maybe one in a hundred work - I was in shock.
He was great because he went out and practiced and he worked his butt off and he'd go to the game and make plays. Anytime we needed a big play he was there.

We've been focusing on the offensive side. Coach (Chris) Wyrick has been doing a good job with those hitters, and it paid off for us (Tuesday).
We always tell the girls to play like it's 0-0, and we kept scoring and scoring which is good to see because you don't want to let up. I'm real proud of the girls. That was one of the best games we've played in a long time.
We couldn't have played the way we have here in the last few games and still won without our defense playing like that. They're really shutting it down over there. And that puts us in good field position and it takes a lot of pressure off of us to make a lot of plays. Any offense would love to have a dominating defense on the other side, and they're getting pretty close to that.
We hit the ball well (Tuesday), which is good to see. We had a lot of girls take some good swings, and it was up and down the line-up.
We made some plays (in the final two innings) and there were a few others that we should have made, but overall, we made the ones we needed to.
We had chances and didn't put it in play, and I thought we had missed out. But the girls kept hitting it and putting it in play.
We know if we can go up there and (win), then it pretty much knocks them out. But if we don't, then we give them new life, they're still in this thing.
