If we don't get in, we have nobody to blame but ourselves. We had our chances. We had our chance to beat New York at New York for the division lead.

I think we get flat-footed out there sometimes because teams don't put the ball in play very much against Lauren.
Jena got a great jump off third, and that first run really got us going,
I think everyone knows we can't play like we did against Detroit and beat Denver. There's no way. It's got to be corrected this week.
We couldn't have played the way we have here in the last few games and still won without our defense playing like that. They're really shutting it down over there. We knew we had our backs against the wall. As far as the four games we had left, we knew we had to go out and win them all. This game gives us a lot of momentum. We need that going into the Washington game.
You know what makes him a leader is what he did the other day,
We've been focusing on the offensive side. Coach (Chris) Wyrick has been doing a good job with those hitters, and it paid off for us (Tuesday).
We made some plays (in the final two innings) and there were a few others that we should have made, but overall, we made the ones we needed to.
