Daniel Francis Foutsis a retired American football quarterback who played in the National Football League. Fouts played his entire professional career with the San Diego Chargers from 1973 through 1987. His performance in the Rose Bowl was one for the ages. I'm glad I saw it in person and glad I have it on tape.
