advocacy aim believe chance educate ensure general global maligned members presented public realistic responsibility role step takes video
AIM Global takes its advocacy role very seriously. We see this video as another chance to educate the general public about a misunderstood and often maligned technology. We have a responsibility to our members to ensure that all technologies are presented in a realistic way, and we believe the video is a big step in the right direction.
recruit totally
A recruit may say one thing to you, then tell someone else something totally different.
controlled either guy
In a lot of controlled situations, I can make either guy look good.
fast guy happen hard ready senior single
He's working really hard and that's all you want out of him. We're installing new things every single day for a guy who should be getting ready for his senior prom. It's all going to happen really, really fast for him.
control forcing needs somebody time vocal
It is time to take control of it. That is what we are forcing him to do. ..... He still needs to become a much more vocal leader. He needs to take control of this team, not look for somebody else to do it.
captain good great kid sad
Everybody's pretty sad around here. He was our captain and he was a good kid and a great personality. It's just a tragedy.
body feet fix lower mechanics planting throwing timing underneath
The mechanics had more to do with timing and footwork and balance; it's all lower body getting his feet underneath him planting and throwing the football. He's going to fix that up pretty fast.
certain people seen
You usually have an idea of when people are going to use certain defenses and certain formations. But every down and distance, they'll use both. I don't know if I've seen that.
best brings jersey mentally physically red run sure
Just by making sure he's got that red jersey on, we don't let him run around. The thing he does best right now, with being mentally and physically tough, is run the ball. If he's struggling, let's go run someone over. We don't let him do that. So, that brings a little more frustration for him. But in the long run it's going to be for the best.
bit coached comfort evolving job level move nice throwing
He does a very nice job of doing that. He's one of the first quarterbacks I've coached who is really comfortable throwing on the run. He's real comfortable on the move out of the pocket, so that's part of (the offense). You'll see us do a little bit more of that because that's where his comfort level is and that's us evolving the offense.
coming full group kids looked sure toughest
The toughest part for these kids is coming in mid-semester, and not coming in with a full group of young guys. You have to make sure they are being looked after.
best coaches evolved job offense players putting team tried
Your job as coaches is putting your team and players in the best situation. We've tried to do that and the offense has kind of evolved around the players.
