Honestly, if I say I didn't think about it I'd be lying. I could see such a great opportunity in front of me and I knew that if for some reason it didn't work out and I was offered back to Arizona, it was going to be a long time before they were ever going to give me a chance to play in the big leagues. I try to get extra bases on anything. That's a play I've done a few times in the past. Any time you see the third baseman going all out for the ball -- I was gone from the get-go. You had to watch him to make sure he made the throw. Once he made the throw, I just kicked it in to the highest gear I have.

I've got good chemistry with both of them, Hanley and Robert. They are good guys. When you understand someone outside the field, that makes it easier to understand them on the field. I know how Andino plays. I know how Hanley plays, and how Amezaga plays. We all know what we like to do, so I think the chemistry is pretty good.

It's something you've dreamed about for a long time and it finally happened. It's kind of surreal but I'm glad it finally did happen. Six games in I was starting to get a little worried. I was just glad it carried over. With my luck I thought it would hit the wall.
