distance fast guys hard nice progress runners seeing work
I've only had two other guys in 28 years go that fast as freshmen. Our distance runners had a nice night. They are seeing progress from some of the hard work we have done.
improved possibly reach
It's not a surprise. It's something we have really improved in. He (Adami) could possibly reach 50-feet this year.
five happy looking mile
Leah was right there with them. Leah was happy with her time. We are still looking at going under five (minutes) this year. The two mile is more her race.
people race season shape time train
We need to train and race to be healthy. We don't have enough time to get people in shape once the season starts.
