You like to see that. It is a game. The guys should have fun and enjoy what they're doing. There's a time you've got to bear down, work on your game, work on some things. He's learning when to do it, when not to.

We wanted somebody we had a confidence level in. He's played in the NHL, he's played in the American League, and he's playing pretty well for Reading right now. I'm very confident he can come in and do the job.

We've got a (scouting report), we're trying to do something, and guys are doing their own thing. We had some chances, but we've gone oh-fer our last two games. It's hurt us.

We've got eight games left over three weeks, so I'm not too concerned. He'll tell me if he's tired, and I'll gauge accordingly. We're still not in (the playoffs). For me to take my foot off the pedal wouldn't be fair to anybody.
