In the early 1970s, Cushman built a tracked ATV called the Cushman Tracker. The machine was a good idea, but it had a problem of rolling forward and Cushman decided to stop production.

If we (council) are going to take the responsibility to control the budget then we also must take the responsibility to have as many meetings as it takes to pass the proper legislation. It is an issue of council that we want better control over what is spent.
