For the most part, coaches have the same philosophy, they are there for the kids. I've made a lot of great relationships with coaches. It's a working relationship for all of us.

We invest in different training tools to follow the mechanics for field positioning. We also have chapter meetings every Thursday night where we bring up stuff, and on a rare occasion a coach will bring film and sometimes request a review.
