Ryan Bock, our sophomore goalie, made some incredible saves to keep them scoreless in that first half. I think he's the best keeper Bear River has had in the past 10 years.

I'm trying to find the words. This is difficult. We had high hopes. We had won six in a row and been playing very well. We rolled through the second half of league undefeated.

I just told them we are three-time defending league champs and to be very, very proud of that. As painful as this is, we shouldn't lose sight of that accomplishment.
