convince facilities good kids program reason
I had to convince kids that this was a good place to come to. There is no reason you can't have a good program here. We have good academics, we have good facilities and we play in Clearwater, Florida. I mean, come on.
freshmen lost starter
A.J. is the only starter back. We lost our 1-2 and 4 pitchers. We have a lot of freshmen playing.
ball good hitting job
He's doing very well. He's had good at bats. He's hitting the ball hard. He also is doing the job in the field. I think he's a better kid.
cheap harder pitches throw tried
He tried to throw harder and harder, and his pitches straightened out and were up in the zone. There was nothing cheap about any of their hits.
awful good people recognize state winning
Winning has done an awful lot. People now recognize you as a state champion. They know this a good place to come play.
